Carrot Cake Smoothie

1 cup non dairy milk

1 TBS tahini

1 banana

1 small carrot

1 date

1/2 tsp turmeric

1/2 piece o fresh ginger

1/4 tsp vanilla

dash of cinnamon

 

Mud smoothie

1 cup non-dairy milk

1 handful of spinach

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1 banana

Protein (yogurt, nuts, tahini or protein powder)

 

Berry Beet Smoothie

1 cup non dairy milk

1 banana

1 cup frozen strawberries or cherries

1/4 cup of chopped and peeled raw beet

Protein (yogurt, nuts, tahini or protein powder)

 

Green Monster Smoothie

1 large handful of spinach

1 handful of frozen mango or pineapple

1/2 avocado (optional)

protein (yogurt, protein powder, a handful of nuts, nut or seed butter)

1 cup of coconut milk (or other milk)
