A feast to warm you up on a cold winter night!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb of wild Alaskan salmon
- 1 lime
- 1 inch of ginger, peeled and chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 of a green chili pepper
- 1 tsp of dried red chili flakes
- 2 Tbs of olive oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Put all ingredients (except for the salmon!) in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
Place the salmon in a lightly greased baking dish (I use coconut oil for greasing, which gives a nice flavor to the skin). Pour the liquid evenly over the fish. Cook for 20-30 minutes or until done.
Enjoy with some steamed greens and brown rice.
